This Privacy Policy explains how 77th Street Labs, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) uses personal and other types of information we collect from you when you download, install and use our mobile application TicketHero available on App Store and Google Play (the “App”). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies not owned or controlled by us or to people whom we do not employ or manage. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our App and the Services. Your access to and use of the App and the Services is also subject to the Terms of Use, into which it is incorporated. All terms not defined here are defined in the Terms of Use.

Types of Information We Collect

• Personal Information: We collect personal information you provide to us. Such personal information consists of the license plate number and the state of issuance of your vehicle and your email address. We also collect dates and times of your payment activities. (“Personal Information”).

• Aggregate and Anonymous Data: Aggregate and anonymous data is information that does not identify you specifically, including data collected automatically when you enter our Site (“Non-Personal Data”). We collect Device Tokens that allow us to send your Mobile Device push messages if you allow this feature on the App. We also collect dates and times of payment activities, which we use for customer support purposes. Other Non-Personal Data that we may collect may include cookies, pixel tags, browser analysis tools, and web server logs. This also includes information from the devices you use to access our App, your mobile device model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone of your device.

How We Use Personal Information and Non-Personal Data

We use Personal Information and Non-Personal Data to:

• Build, operate and improve our App and the Services;
• Perform the requested Services;
• Obtain information from the New York City Department of Finance regarding your ticket(s);
• Perform user analytics;
• Provide customer support; and
• Send you notifications and payment receipts.

When and Why We Disclose Personal Information and Non-Personal Data

Except as provided herein, we will not display or otherwise disclose your Personal Information or Non-Personal Data to any third parties unless it is necessary to provide the Services, when required by law, or if we have good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with current judicial proceedings, a court order or legal process served on us, (b) protect and defend our rights, property and interests, including by enforcing our agreements, policies and Terms of Use, (c) respond to claims that any submitted content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, its members and the public, (f) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or (g) with your consent to share the information.

We will never sell your Personal Information or Non-Personal Data.

Security of Personal Information

We employ generally accepted industry standards to protect your Personal Information and we continuously strive to protect your information and privacy as much as we can. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping password to your Mobile Device confidential and not disclose your Personal Information in public areas of the Internet. Unfortunately, no data transmission over Wi-Fi or the Internet can be 100% secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information (our database server is protected by a combination of 256-bit SSL encryption and MySQL client certificates), we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any security measures provided by us or our partners.

In particular, when you use our App, you access third party services, such as Braintree, to process your payments. We are not responsible for the security of your Personal Information and other data you disclose to Braintree in order to process payments. We follow the standard Braintree SDK implementation, which means that although we collect your credit card information, we send it directly to Braintree. The Personal Information is encrypted by Braintree and transmitted over secure protocols between your Mobile Device and the payment processor. Your credit card information is never transmitted to our server or stored by us. You should refer to Braintree’s terms of use and privacy policy for information regarding the security of their service and information that they receive.


The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and does not consciously collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at We request that all our users be at least 18 years old when using the Service.


We may occasionally modify the Privacy Policy. All changes will be effective upon posting on the App and the Site. You can determine when the Privacy Policy was last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” legend at the top of the page. You agree to be bound by any such changes if you continue to use the Site after such changes have been posted. We may change, restrict access to, suspend or discontinue the App or the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time.
